The year was 1952, when Gino Pennetta, moving from the deep south of Italy to the city of Milan, decided to transform with the collaboration of the young wife of an expert seamstress pants, his passion for fashion into a serious business commitment. He transformed its simple craft shop in the heart of Milan in a real factory for the production of clothes for some signatures of the great Moda Milanese of the time.
Gino Pennetta was among the first to develop the idea of Facon in Italy. The son Salvatore Pennetta, who grew up among the remnants, the smell of chalk and the chatter of the seamstresses, after graduating from a technical designer, began to accompany his father into the family business. Found the favorable moment in the 70s, Salvatore Pennetta, current owner of the company, he decided to return to the South, and today, supported by a highly specialized team, directs a company in increasing rise.
